Kek Pisang Lembab dan Gebu

Bahan-bahan:

300g pisang dilecek
240 g tepung gandum - lebih suka guna tepung superfine
180 g gula castor - kalu suka kurang manis guna 160 g aje
4 biji telur
160 ml minyak jagung
1 sudu teh ovalette
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
secubit garam

Cara membuatnya:

Campurkan semua kedlm mixer, putar sehingga kembang dan gebu putih.
Masukkan dlm loyang dan bakar pd suhu 160C selama 1 jam atau sehingga masak
Pastikan adunan setengah drp loyang krn kek akan naik sekali ganda.
